Service Description
A music therapy assessment is the FIRST music therapy session. It is a "get-to-know-you" session for the music therapist. We'll use a variety of instruments & activities to assess strengths & needs of a client. Based on those strengths and needs, we will create a treatment plan with goals & objectives. The assessment includes a 30 minute chat with parents, a 50 minute one-on-one assessment, and a treatment plan. **Please make sure you have reached out to Carrie to discuss your interest in individual music therapy. If you book without having chatted with Carrie, your booking request will be denied.**
Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule please give us AT MINIMUM a 12 hour notice. You can contact Carrie at carrie@gracenotesmt.com or call/text us at 912-500-5266. Cancellations made after a 12 hour notice are not guaranteed a reschedule or money back.
